Have a Return?

You may return any item purchased from Ribbon Naturals Corporation for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.

All online orders - return by mail:

For all online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. For in store purchases you may bring returns in person back to the place of purchase. For all online orders you may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Ribbon Naturals Corp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

All Retail Purchases:

Make a return to your local Health Food store in which the original product(s) are/were purchased:

Bring your purchase and receipt to the Health Food Store were the original product(s) was/were pruchased and receive a refund to original form of tender.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with RibbonNutrition.com, you must contact customer support by email (support@ribbonnutrtition.com) or by phone (800-757-7212 ext 701). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped*.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your conctact information.

* Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
